great access to attractions for weekend explorers

I loved the hotel's proximity to Beyond The Lens Family Fun, just a short stroll away, and being so close to the hilarious Hazzard Hoedown made our trip even more enjoyable. the location truly allowed us to explore the best of Pigeon Forge with ease, despite the high bed making it a challenge for me to climb in at night.

Good place with its indoor pool, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for a quick getaway!

The location felt convenient, tucked away but close to everything. The bed was really comfy, a highlight for sure. Breakfast had good options, but every morning I encountered long lines and not much variety. The staff seemed friendly but struggled with efficiency at times. I had to ask multiple times for extra towels which was annoying. Our room had cleanliness issues, I noticed dust on the furniture. The bathroom layout was strange with no hooks for towels, making it tricky to keep things organized. The hot water availability was a bit inconsistent too. It was great that parking was ample, but the parking lot had a large hole that needed attention. The hotel was also undergoing some renovations, but it still felt outdated in certain areas.

Oh man, the BBQ spots around here are next level! We hit up Bullfish Grill, and their ribs? Pure magic. Plus, there’s a cozy patio for that outdoor vibe. Breakfast was on point too, just had to brave long lines!...

The staff's friendly demeanor made the check-in process a breeze. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bath products provided. The breakfast options were varied and always served fresh....  

Indoor pool was nice. Rooms could use a good cleaning. The outdoor pool shaped like a guitar is fun for kids. Not enough towels at check-in.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and the beds were very comfortable. However, the cleanliness was lacking, with dirty tiles and issues with the shower. Breakfast could have been better organized, and it was frustrating to deal with multiple holds on our account. Overall, it wasn't the experience we hoped for.

I appreciated the serene outdoor pool area with beautiful landscaping, which provided a lovely space for relaxation. The common areas were well-maintained, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably....  

We had a fantastic four-night stay! The breakfast was great, especially the hot options, and the pool was enjoyable, even if a bit chilly. The complimentary popcorn for the kids was a nice touch.

The hotel’s clean, inviting spaces are perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the lovely patio with fire pits, making for a perfect evening ambiance to enjoy with family and friends in a cozy setting....

The king suite was spacious and featured nice amenities like air conditioning, a huge spa bath, and a flat-screen TV. The pools were well-maintained, with both indoor and outdoor options. A hot tub for relaxation. The breakfast had decent choices though it could use more variety. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Family looking for a decent stay

The fire pit area was really nice for evenings, we sat there and made s'mores. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the ladies made sure everything was stocked and clean.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

The indoor pool was a fantastic surprise on a chilly evening! Rooms were comfy, but we smelled smoke in the hallway, which was annoying. Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊
